Hi everyone. I know it’s been a little while since I last posted anything. To be honest, I haven’t touched a club since my last round at CordeValle in late January.
This winter’s extremely wet weather has been part of the problem. I originally had a late February trip planned for the North Bay Area, but Northern California has been drenched with rain this year and that trip literally got rained out with one of the key rounds getting postponed. Southern California has been unusually wet, too. It’s even rained a lot more than normal out here in the Coachella Valley, so I haven’t been making much of an effort to play local rounds either.
I do have some golf on the near horizon, though. The same trip that was originally planned for February is now rescheduled for early April, so that will likely be my next batch of new reviews. I also might try and make a day trip out to Arizona some point in March or April. There may be a quick Vegas trip in there, as well.
Beyond that, I know I have other Northern California trips in May and July. Otherwise, I am actually living up to my expectation at the beginning of the year that things would be slowing down for me on the golf front. I simply don’t expect as much content this year as I have posted in the past 7+ years of this blog. I wish I had more time, money and energy for golf and travel, but I just don’t right now.
I appreciate the support and I still encourage everyone to keep checking back from time to time. I promise there will be some good new stuff coming, even if it’s not as frequent as it used to be. In the meantime, there is plenty of past content to enjoy!
